A new initiative to send the next generation
John 10:10 is opening the door for emerging leaders — pastors, church planters, refugee workers, and frontline missionaries — to attend the global equipping events Fouad is leading around the world. Many of these leaders serve in some of the hardest places on earth, and most could never afford the cost of getting there on their own.
When you sponsor a seat at one of these gatherings, you don't just send someone to a conference — you send a worker to the field strengthened, renewed, and trained to stand. They return home with deeper biblical conviction, sharper ministry tools, and the courage to keep going when the work is hard.

Refugee Workers Conference — Cyprus
This annual gathering in Cyprus exists to support the men and women serving among refugees and Unreached People Groups (UPGs) across the region. Attendees receive substantive teaching on biblical perspectives, personal well-being, and the current dynamics shaping their fields of service. Equally important, the conference creates intentional space for spiritual renewal — moments to encourage, strengthen, and refresh those carrying heavy burdens on the front lines.
